These guys are cheesy, spicy, but not too spicy, and moist. A lot of times sausage balls turn out dry and crumbly. Oh, don’t act like I’m the only one! You’ve surely had a bad run with sausage balls at least once. If you haven’t, cheers to you! I’ve made a couple of bad batches since I am forever losing that perfect sausage ball recipe. Let’s get to this recipe so that you can make these perfectly moist every time Spicy Chicken Cheeseballs!

Ingredients
3 cups all purpose baking mix
1 pound ground chicken
2 tablespoons Tapatio Salsa Picante hot sauce
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash or salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients, and mix until they are just combined.
Form into 2 inch balls, and place on your lined sheet pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
