Do you love the taste of Nutella® but hate the additives and excess sugar? We’ve got a simple recipe for gianduja (or gianduia, hazelnut-flavored chocolate) that uses just a few ingredients and gives you even more of the hazelnut and chocolate flavor you love. When it’s finished, you can eat your homemade spread on toast, incorporate it into a frosting, gift it to friends, or just lick it right off the spoon!

INGRIDIENTS
2 cups roasted hazelnuts
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
